The perfect getaway for the romantic couple who want to relax in solitude and experience the beauty of the National Seashore.  Hi House is a elevated studio style glass home located ridgetop amidst Bishop Pines with vistas of the Point Reyes Peninsula and Abbott's Lagoon.  Your access to this unique home is by a spiral staircase at the back of the house.  Situated on five acres and completely surrounded by State Park and National Seashore, this private home is the perfect escape for two. Just relax in comfort nestled in the swaying trees or venture out and explore the historic lighthouse, ocean and bay beaches, hiking trails or numerous other activities located just minutes away.   Due to the unique nature and features of Hi House, children are not permitted.

Accommodations & Ammenities

• Maximum Two Adults - King size bed  (children not permitted)
• Sofa, lounge chairs, dining table, kitchen, full bath
• Wifi, Satellite T.V., DVD
• Microwave, Coffee Maker
• Deck with lounge chairs and gas BBQ.

Rental Information  

$225.00 per day / $275.00 per day weekends & Holidays / 14 % Tax  
Minimum 2 day stay  /  Minimum 3 day stay for holidays

Full payment required with reservation.  Cancellations must be 14 days in advance of stay for full refund (less processing fees).  For any cancellation within 14 days of scheduled stay, you will be responsible for any portion of the reservation we are unable to book.

Due to the unique nature and features of Hi House, children are not permitted.  Accommodations are smoke-free and as we are located in the heart of the National Seashore and it's abundant wildlife, we do not allow pets.
